okay since i work out on mondays, wednesday, fridays, and Saturday. i am going to eat on those days so my body does get too tired and wont work out for me. so my new diet plan looks like this

wow totally went fucking crazy today with the food. i shoudl punch myself. really i'm sure over 1000 calories today. BAD! tomorrow is major working out. MAJOR. i hate me.
where are my fab 5 to take me and whip me into shape? i dont know but, i need them. and the gym calls. i am going to go and be like lucy at the gym. so go me go.
