3 weeks ago, I started working out with a personal trainer. I had been continually trying to rehab my knees on my own and I felt like I wasn't getting anywhere. My trainer, however, wants to do more than just my knees. I think that's cool. As most of you know, I've been dealing with serious ear, nose, and throat issues for years. My tonsils are swollen, even when not infected, and after breaking my nose 4 times, my sinuses are all jacked up.
