I'm not sure if that is his son's actual name, but it wouldn't suprise me. Since you guys couldn't do the Lucas film you wanted to for twisted flicks, you should do the christmas special. Although, it'd be hard to be funnier than the original.

Trust me, you will not be dissappointed. We got this a couple xmases ago, and leave it on the background when we entertain for the holidays. Something is UP with Itchy and Diahann Carroll.

Art Carney, Bea Arthur and Harvey Korman!
How they ended up with such B Rate celebrities when Star Wars was such a hot property at the time is beyond me.

thanks for thinking of me. I've seen it, but having a good dvd would be great. It's really, really horrible. If you're doing the screening, I suggest having something ready as a palate cleanser. I've heard Lucas has just disavowed the whole thing, he wishes it would go away.

You were the first person that came to mind when I heard about this.
Harrison Ford was in it I heard. I'd love to get a still photo from the special and send it to him to sign.

Yes, commercials. I have a bootleg vhs tape somewhere of about 100 old Star Wars commercials... they're great and cheesy. Especially the underoos ones.

Here are two links for the SW holiday special if you want trivia/info:

Here's a lucas quote, "If I had the time and a hammer, I would track down every copy of that program and smash it." I love that.

Bruce Vilanch was a writer on the special.
