Feel free to add to it! I am trying to come up with a pretty comprehensive list covering every aspect of it. A lot of the ones in my list fall into the YA genre but idgaf, I still like them. :)
I don't know if it would count or not in the dystopian fiction as it's the evolution and seediness of Toy Town, but you would probably enjoy Hollow Chocolate Bunnies of the Apocalypse by Robert Rankin.
I wrestled with putting his stuff in the list but ultimately didn't. Same goes for Good Omens by Pratchett/Gaiman, and A Wrinkle In Time. It doesn't really make sense that they didn't make it in when Ender's Game did but idk, I just don't think they fit into this list.
All fantastic books though!
(and I just thought of another series and promptly forgot it) :(
I think they are (though I must admit I did not buy them *whistles innocently*. Most of the bookstores here have closed down and the closest one is about 45 minutes away from me
( ... )
Haha! Most of these you could plough through in a day. Aside from ones like On The Beach and The Postman, they are 600 pages max and pretty easy reading.

Empty Cradle: The Untimely Death of Corey Sanderson by Emmy Jackson (post-apocalyptic, but not utopian/dystopian)
Walden Two By B.F. Skinner (utopian)
there are probably others I'm forgetting, but those are the first that come to mind...

Y-The Last Man. It's a comic book series published by Vertigo, and it is excellent. I always tear up when I read it.
