dude, totally! i actually used to do that stuff until i realized there was no reason to feel obligated to keep somebody close that you really don't care about. it's useless.

in a relationship or wherever even, 'i love you,' is something somebody should know when you feel it, not just when you're leaving or hanging up, but when you really know you feel it. not when you think you're supposed to.

what book are you reading? that's a nice quote.
