Christmas was pretty good. Here's how it went.

Christmas EveChristmas Eve was spent at the farm. It was pretty chill. Dinner, wine, cookies, the ushe. Nephew Kaleb was excited to tell me that Santa Claus does not, in fact, exist, and I pretended to be shocked and heartbroken. I almost tipped out of my chair when he told me the gifts under my tree

I think I'm going to read them and then throw them in the trash so that, when I'm asked about any one of them, I can say, "I read it and then threw it in the trash." This seems to be a common reaction to books my dad in particular doesn't end up liking. I've never had my chance to do it but I can't wait, LOL.
