Glasses aren't that bad. If you're worried about cosmetics, there are plenty of nice looking ones. And glasses are a lot less irritating than glasses anyway. If you get something in your eye, it won't cause massive eye pain.

When do you have TOK? Not 4A Smith, I imagine. :( To my knowledge, there are four people in my TOK class.
