There's about half an hour left in the official trick or treating period, and once again we have run out of freaking candy. I really, really thought we had enough this year. I bought a hundred things of bubbles (hey, they were 20/$2), a couple of huge bags that added up to about 200 pieces of candy, and then today I added 3 smallish bags of Kit ( Read more... )

Let me get this straight: Halloween is on a FRIDAY this year and they still had Trick-or Treating on THURSDAY night?

Well, you don't expect them to have ToT when there's a high school football game going on, do you? Sheesh, where have you been?

No, really, there's evidently a huge, massively important game tonight. I think maybe Perry Central is playing the city school, so the whole damn county will be at the football field.
