I'm at LiveJournal equilibrium: I've now had my LiveJournal for as long as I'd been alive when I started the thang ding dang thing.

I try not to discuss politics with people, or on this blog, or on the Internet in general. It's the classic cocktail party killer. It hits too closely to people's dearly-held values, and when they clash, it can get ugly.
