Someone can refrain from the computer, i.e. email, Im, lj, but once they come back and post an entry...they have this urging feeling to come back and check their mailbox to see who replies. It's human nature to be curious, and everyone likes to feel important, so they always come back to the computer once more. That's how I feel at least.
I could refrain...but if I set limits, and follow them, all is cool.
Plus, lj acts as an outlet for emotions that we would like to relieve. I mean, we could call up a friend and be like.."so hears what I'm feeling..." but chances are, you'll get your point across easier if you have a larger audience. Catch my drift? Plus..
Actually there is no plus...I need to talk to you sometime. I gots some info that maybe important in your case. night
