So today is my first day on this diet thing. I drank a shake this morning, it was alright. I think I'm gonna try mixing it with fruit with my second shake of the day. Yeah, I've heard good and bad things about it. But it like worked wonders for my dad and his cousin and a few of his friends. I'll give it a whirl. I'm gonna miss my in n out though.

Believe me, this IS the answer. Diets do not work. Nutritional cleansing does. These products are REVOLUTIONARY. Hi... this is the greatest lifestyle for health and weight control.
As far as adding fruit to the shake...... Don't do that !!!
Get the Isafruits instead as they have a low glycemic index. Fruit will slow down your weight loss especially when you are in the beginning of cleansing.
Hopefully you have a Cleansing Coach who an give you help along the way. If you feel faint and shaky... take 1/8 tsp of SEA SALT in the palm of your hand, lick it and then drink your 10-12 ounces of water. Do this 4-5 times a day and it will help. Also.... make sure that you are having your snacks and two almonds every 2 hours or so as that will keep you from getting weak. You need protein throughout the day.
