I was talking about this recently with Hannah and Jenny, that maybe if you don't believe you will ever die, you never will. Because, think about it. You could be terminally ill, and yet not believe it up until the time of your death. But you can never really acknowledge death because you're not conscious when you are dead. We are ignorant for what we have learned. You're right, we could never die, but it's impossible to decide that you won't unless you are dellusional. You can't fully convince yourself. We're too ignorant. A schizophrenic could do it.
