i woke in my makeshift pile of sleeping blankets
i noted the sun had shifted far
i looked at the clock and it is five pm
i called work this morning, told them i had a toothache
because when i woke this morning
the effects of pot brownies still very apparent
and i couldnt go to work like that
though i didnt intend to sleep all day.
