Ariadne found the easiest way to draw was flat on her stomach with her legs kicked up behind her. This way she was guaranteed a flat surface to work on, and she was less likely to be disturbed. Things are, well, they're not brilliant. But at least they haven't fallen to pieces. He's got one book hooked underneath his arm when he traipses into the living room. Getting just a few steps in, Eames pauses, lets his gaze drift over the woman on the floor and back again.

Voice smoke rough and soft, he smiles, "Hallo, Ariadne."

"Hi yourself," she looks up with a smile. "What are you reading?" Quickly she covers the page of her drawing, sliding it partially under her until she has a chance to turn the page a little more subtly.

"Wuthering Heights," he replies, throwing his gaze to the side. He doesn't suppose he needs his image of being particularly vapid here. Still hovering slightly, "Do you need peace to draw?"

What Eames says makes Ariadne sit up and look directly at him. "No I don't. Eames? I know you are finding this hard but it doesn't get easier unless you try. I am not going to run away from your company."
