02 is the odd one out?
01, 03, and 04 stand for Italy, Japan, and Germany, which made up the Axis Powers alliance during WWII.

Reason: Ok, I've never actually watched this series, but if I'm not mistaken; 01, 02, and 03 are all Allied Powers. 04, I know to be Germany, an Axis Power. ^-^u
