Wow. I truly have a new found respect for runners. I can't believe that people do that... This morning we (as in the crew team) went for a FOUR MILE RUN. yeah. It was interesting. Yay! I wouldn't make it through one mile even! But I like running in the rain... the last time I did that was at that amazing guard practice over the summer!

ha. right... that practice was quite a different atmosphere... we were running around in it for fun.... :D

but yeah... i still can't believe i made it through without stopping. :D
