i know i haven't written much of late, and this entry won't be exactly full of stuff either BUT i just wanted to drop some names of contemporary artists i'm liking lately:

i can't believe it. my brain's hit the slump. brain-slump like, "semester's almost over, anyway, why do i care?" only, the semester's NOT almost over; there's still about half of it to go, still. UGH. -

no update since last semester?! what!
break was great. busy and great. got to see most everyone i wanted to see at least once (was a goal) but many people i didn't get to hang out with as much as i had wanted. st.m's break not nearly long enough. at least i'll have all next summer at home (although hopefully i'll be working and/or have an ( Read more... ) -

then presentation, packing, and then i'll go!
...home just in time for acupuncture with mom, and sushi with the boy. mmm-mm.

summer course(s) at hcc, like language acquisition
a summer job or an unpaid internship with a gallery

nearing the end of the semester. i think i've been more appreciative for thanksgiving break this year more than any other year, for several reasons. i am home (instead of at school), i am with my entire nuclear family (for the first time in what feels like a while), and i actually have time to chill, and work on homework (with one extra day of ( Read more... ) -

the idea/quiz was stolen from emma. i am pretty skeptical of these things (mostly for the psychological factor that you look for your 'answers' to fit you, commonly seen in horoscopes). however, this pretty much pinned me for this specific state and time. so if anything, it's interesting to see what i'm experiencing well-worded, at least.
