Answer: If you don't get caught, none. If you do, it could be mean jail time depending on where you are. In CA, you get a minimum of 2 months in prison. learn your local laws and decide if the consequences for getting caught is worth it. here I believe you get held in jail on a $1000 bond or 30 days. I think. That is why you have the said 21 year old go alone(or with another 21 year old) and get said booze. Your much less likely to get caught that way.
