• I'm still in denial over the summer break being over. That pretty much summarizes my latest sentiments.
• I don't miss my brother as much - we took him to SoCal for college last week. I still miss him, but eh. I'll get used to it.

The silhouette of a son talking to his mother can be seen from the doorway of the latter's bedroom. She will miss him, she says, crying.

Her son says something that gets confused with the sound of her light sobs, but the sentimentality of the moment is obvious.

He'll miss her, too.

I had a dream last night that China had invaded the United States and attacked with a nuclear bomb.

I ended up banding together with a bunch of people (including my family) to survive. We looted some stores for supplies, and kept an eye out for the Red Army.

The sunset is my favorite time of the day. In the summer, I'm usually driving home from work by then, which means that I can roll down the window and enjoy the subsiding heat or encroaching Autumn breeze.
