Summary: Ryo and Tatsuya have to care for a baby for 3 months, but during those three months a lot will happen. [I fail at summaries xD]
Disclaimer: I only own Umiko. The idea of the babies is from 90210 [I only watched it once, because I was bored xD]

Ryo placed his hands under Tatsuya’s knees and back and lifted him from the roof.
He had passed out when he was crying.
Ryo walked to the door and had to try to turn the doorknob a few times with Tatsuya in his arms.
He walked down the stairs, every now and then taking a peek at Tatsuya’s white and teary face.
His eyes were red from all the crying and his mouth was a bit open and he was breathing heavily.
Ryo couldn’t imagine the kind of stress Tatsuya had gone through.
But at least it would all be better now.
He brought Tatsuya to the nurse’s office and luckily, when they entered the door, she was sitting behind her desk.
“Oh dear, Tatsuya? What happened to him?” she wiggled to the bed and removed the books that she had put there earlier, so that Tatsuya could lay there.
“He fainted” was all Ryo said. He never really talked to the nurse and he didn’t want to explain it right now.
“You just wait in that chair there” she pointed out for him and then closed the curtain to examine Tatsuya thoroughly.
After a while she opened it and came out.
“He will be fine, I think he just had a lot of stress”
Ryo thanked her and she took her place back at her desk.
Ryo moved his chair next to the bed and sat down.
He had closed the curtain behind him, so the nurse couldn’t see what he was doing.
He grabbed Tatsuya’s hand and kissed it briefly.
The wounds on his shins were cleaned and had bandages on them. His face had some colour back and his red, puffy eyes were gone.
His face looked almost like that from an angel.
Ryo didn’t know how long he sat there, but he had laid his head down on the edge of the bed and had fallen asleep.
He woke up because of a hand moving through his hair and looked up at Tatsuya’s smiling face.
“Hi there” he smiled back.
“Hi” his voice was almost inaudible and he sounded hoarse.
“How are you feeling?” Ryo lifted Tatsuya’s hand to his mouth and kissed it.
“I’m okay” he blushed. “But how did I get here?”
“I brought you here. You fainted on the rooftop remember?”
“Yes, I remember… thanks” Tatsuya turned his head away from Ryo and looked at his feet.
He wondered what they should do and how it would go from here.
"Ah Tatsuya! You’re finally awake" the nurse peeked her head through the curtains and smiled.
"Finally? How long have I been asleep?"
"It's almost 8 pm right now"
"What!?" their eyes widened.
Tatsuya jumped off the bed, but immediately felt a heavy pain in his legs and fell on his knees crouching in pain.
"Itai~"
"Tatsuya daijoubu?" Ryo placed his hands under Tatsuya's arms and lifted him back on the bed.
"No, my legs hurt" he rubbed away a few tears that ran down his cheeks and smiled bitterly.
"Do I need to call your parents to come and get you?" the nurse asked.
"No, it's okay" Ryo lowered his hands from Tatsuya's waist to his knees and looked back at the nurse. "I can bring him home"
"Okay, but I suggest you'd do it soon. It's almost getting dark"
The nurse wiggled back to her desk and Ryo looked at Tatsuya's face.
"Is that okay?" he asked and looked him in the eyes.
"Hm" Tatsuya nodded and smiled.
The warmth that spread from Ryo's hands to his knees felt really nice, almost as if it helped the healing progress
"Let's go then, shall we?" Ryo looked back at the nurse, who was busy paying her attention at some difficult papers and quickly pressed a kiss on Tatsuya's lips before lifting him on his back.
"Am I not too heavy?" Tatsuya placed his arms firmly around Ryo to prevent him from falling.
"Yeah you way tons" he laughed and grabbed their bags from the backside of the chair.
"Mou~ then leave me here" he joked.
Ryo was walking towards the Ueda residence with Tatsuya on his back.
Earlier he'd answered something like Tatsuya being as light as a feather and then something he wasn't able to hear.
They'd thanked the nurse and almost fell of the stairs on their way down.
And now Ryo was walking to Tatsuya's house.
He was thinking of things he could say to Tatsuya, but he didn't know what. Everything sounded cliché and corny, but maybe they didn't have to talk. Their body languages said enough.
Ryo swallowed hard a few times when Tatsuya put his chin on his shoulder or held him tighter and they arrived at Tatsuya's house way too soon.
"Well I guess I'll be going now... Thank you for bringing me home" Tatsuya started fidgeting with his hands nervously when Ryo had put him back on his feet at the front door.
"Yeah I guess- do I have to pick you up tomorrow?" Ryo looked from h is shoes to Tatsuya's face.
"No-no, that's okay. Kame always walks with me to school"
"Oh"
"But you can come too if you want"
"No, it's okay. I'll just see you tomorrow at school" Ryo said softly and turned around to walk out of the street, when Tatsuya did a step forward and grabbed his hand.
"Wait" he softly muttered. He got Ryo, finally, but now he didn't know what to do.
Luckily Ryo got he hint and he placed his hand on Tatsuya's cheek, making him look up, before moving his head forward and pressing a soft kiss on his lips. The kiss was short; Tatsuya was hesitating a bit and Ryo was scared that he crossed Tatsuya's line again.
"Good night" he smiled and turned around. This time Tatsuya was a bit bolder. He gave a soft yank at Ryo's arm and crushed their lips back together. The kiss was much harder and less hesitant this time.
Tatsuya closed the distance between him and Ryo completely and wrapped his arms around his neck. He was glad that Ryo let him set their limit and not make him cross it.
For the first time he actually felt safe in Ryo's arms.
The kiss slowed down and they eventually stopped, just to look at each other.
"I really have to go now" Ryo smiled as his fingers caressed Tatsuya's hands.
"Yeah, I have to get in too"
"I'll see you tomorrow"
"Hm" Tatsuya nodded, before giving him a last kiss and heading inside.
Once inside he put his bag with Umiko in it, sticking with her head out, on the ground and leaned against the door.
The adrenaline rushed through his body and his heart was beating like crazy.
After was seemed hours he finally picked up his bag from the floor and walked happily up the stairs, before letting himself fall down on his bed and immediately falling in a deep slumber. Totally forgetting about his legs and only thinking about their kiss...
At around 6 o’clock Tatsuya woke up from a crying baby girl, who was asking for her food.
He climbed out of bed slowly, to not hurt his legs and went looking for the keys.
Finally, after a few minutes of crying and searching, he found the keys in a pocket of his school jacket he wore yesterday. And as soon as he inserted the red, plastic key, Umiko stopped crying and made happy, satisfied eating sounds.
Tatsuya crawled back into bed, under his warm blankets and looked at Umiko. He finally understood his feelings for Ryo. And right now, he didn’t want anything more than be with him and lay with him, next to him, maybe even against him under the blankets. Close to each other and sharing their body heat.
Tatsuya tried to fall back to sleep, but as soon as he noticed the morning sun coming through his curtains, he just couldn’t sleep.
So, an hour later, he climbed back out of bed and quickly jumped under the shower. He renewed the bandages on his legs and then got dressed, before grabbing Umiko, his schoolbag and heading downstairs.
“Ohayo” he said as he sat at the kitchen table next to his sister.
“Ohayo dear” his mother said and but his breakfast in front of him. “Are you feeling better now?”
“Eh... y-yes” he held his head low, scared that his mother would see something in his eyes.
“What happened yesterday?” his sister butted in.
Tatsuya quickly took a glance off her face and saw that there was a small, darker spot that she had tried to camouflage with make-up.
“I’m sorry I hit you”
“It’s okay” she mumbled and then, for the first time in years, they ate quietly.

“I did it!” Tatsuya said when he saw Kame walking to him from a side street.
“What did you do?”
“I confessed to Ryo”
“What? Oh, Tatsuya I’m so happy for you” Kame smiled. “So, what happened?”
“I ran up to the roof yesterday and he had followed me and I jumped towards him and words just blurted out”
“I know he followed you, I asked him” Kame smirked. It was thanks to him that the couple was now finally together.
“Really? Well, I don’t know what happened next, all that I remember is that I woke up in the nurse’s office with Ryo sitting on a chair next to the bed and his head on the mattress.”
“He stayed with you the whole time?”
“Yeah, I guess”
”And what are you going to do now?”
“What do you mean?”
“Well, are you going out on a date or something”
Tatsuya thought about it. A date with Ryo. What would his parents say when they found out he was in love with another boy, who happened to be already engaged?
Suddenly his heart raced in his body and he stopped walking when he saw Ryo leaning only 2 metres away, against the school’s gate and smiled at him.
“Ohayo” he greeted Tatsuya and walked to him and Kame.
“Ohayo” Tatsuya’s cheeks turned a fire truck red when Ryo kissed him 10 seconds on his mouth and grabbed his hand.
“Come, I need to show you something” he pulled Tatsuya with him and Tatsuya heard everyone whisper.
“Look! It’s Tatsuya and Ryo”
“Did you see them kiss?”
“Are they dating?”
“They are holding hands”
“Does that mean they are gay?”
Tatsuya kept his head low and held Ryo’s hand firmly in his as they walked through the crowd of students, Umiko tight against his chest in the other arm.
Kame only smiled when he saw the shy look on his friends face and ignored all the questions that the other students were firing at him.
Finally he thought and went to look for Koki.

A/N: Yay! Another chapter and much quicker this time xD It isn’t as big as the last one, but I hope you’re still happy with it. Do you know now who caught Kame in the previous chapter? ^.^ And RyoDa is finally, officially a couple (wonder what his dad will do when he finds out though :P) I think there will only be a few more chapters before it ends, maybe five or six. And I hope you will be patient with me! I’m free from school, but I have a job because I’m saving money for next year (I’m going t the land of the rising sun!! NIHON!!! =D) and I’m working on six stories now, one B’day fic among them and it may take a while before I post again (it also can be very soon, I don’t know =D)
