i don't think they should. sadly a good protion of money comes from tobacco. i mean, it will be just like ian's story. ungerground shit going on. more police officers needed and putting their life in danger. i say let people smoke if they want to. its their body, not ours.

nice story. "kevlar encased phantoms" was a nice expression, but getting everybody interested just in time to say "this would be a night he would never forget" was a real let-down. give us a shootout or more "make-you-think" stuff. either way, it needs an ending with a little more going on.
