tuesday was great.

well, i'm almost dead. the cold from hell hit last weekend and hasn't gone away. 'course, the 4-5 hours of sleep per night isn't helping but what can i do? nada.

i learned this morning that 8 am (times 14 Cubans plus 3 congas, a bass, a van, and a bus) in Cuban really doesn't mean 8 am.

four days left to go until tuesday.

soooooo tired. shannon's grad went really well, i think she had a good time, and she looked gorgeous. mass, ceremonies, banquet, dance were all great. she sang beautifully. and i was fine until she left for safe grad (that's wet grad, BC), at which point i turned into a quivering sap, shouting things like "watch your drink ( Read more... )

so no dancing for me this weekend. i somehow majorly hurt my neck/back last night reaching for the paper towel in the buckle bathroom. my head has a 10-to-2 range of motion. its not very cool. and i have turned to the internet for comfort, mostly because it involves good body alignment. talk about exciting ( Read more... )
