The Commonwealth of Massachusetts has filed a federal lawsuit against the U.S. government regarding the Defense of Marriage Act, claiming that DOMA violates the rights of its citizens, by narrowly defining the terms "marriage" and "spouse" at a Federal level.

Just before flipping to Fox I saw an ad for the Awesome Auger, starring the late Billy Mays. Really, couldn't they have waited a bit? The guy just died.

Two hundred and thirty-three years later, the most remarkable experiment in the history of mankind is still chugging along, and still inspiring the oppressed of the world to stand up against tyranny. Not bad.
