If it's above 80 out riding without gear feels good, however it's just plain moronic. I have ballistic nylon jacket and pants that let's the air flow through like you were wearing a t-shirt but offers as much protection as is available.

787 does seem the place to do wheelies fro some reason. I've seen a motorcycle club with about 50 people going down it with 20 of them doing wheelies in tight formation. All it would take would be for one of them to lose it and he'd take out half of his buddies. Seems pretty stupid to me.

it's one of our absolute pet peeves. On our vacation we heard constantly "aren't you hot?" for being in the mesh armored gear. Yes, but my skin will still be on if, god forbid, do go down....

I HATE when they do wheelies! It scares the crap out of me. I actually saw a biker wipe out on 347 after doing a wheelie. I don't know how, but he was totally fine.
