Yeah, I've had it off an on since around Christmas ... I can usually treat it with Ibuprofen, heat, or in a pinch a prescription muscle relaxant, but this time it just keeps getting worse each day. The tingling in my arm really worried me and forced me to see a doctor.

The plan is: get a neck x-ray (done), as well as a stronger muscle relaxant and pain meds (hydrocodone - powerful stuff), and then based on the x-ray results and the response to the meds, some possible mix of physical therapy, chiropractic, or a visit to an orthopedic specialist. What fun.
