I imagine there might be some NPC's and volunteers who would want to play next year. Playing isn't my thing but I'd be happy to help out. The organizing/planning sounds like fun.

We went to the Independent *expressly* to encounter random fantasy pop-ups, having not gotten our acts together to get involved more directly. This year. :-)
