Before I organize everything into a travelogue of sorts, I have a question:

I've (acquired) a touchscreen based PC, which isn't very fast or flashy, but can play music just fine.  Can anybody recommend music playback software that you could call touchscreen-friendly?   Lots of icons, scalable type, sort of thing?
