I think my interest in nutrition is due to living here partially, and being food disordered and trying to navigate a way around that. Sometimes it works, sometimes it doesn't. But I think if you view nutrition as medicine and vice versa, you can always help yourself rather than running to some doctor and being patronized and experimented with and lied to
