Is it a Dell laptop? I had the same problem. I asked around and basically people were saying things like 'Oh yeah! Dell laptop's do that!' lol. Some help! :).
I'm giving my laptop up :( and have now replaced it with a PC. On bad days I can sit with the keyboard on my lap and face the monitor towards me- okay its not a laptop, but its a suggestion if you were going to replace it. Umm other than that, I'd say do all the usual things like a virus check or even get someone to take it to a shop? Okay bad advice
