My friend Guisane invited me to stay with her in Paris for a bit this summer. For my biggest impulse buy ever, I am going to spend the small savings I have on a ticket to France as soon as I can plan it out with her. I am knitting a scarf for the first time in years and, through the meditation-style stillness that comes with stitching, I have realized that I wasted a whole lot of my time last semester doing stupid, trivial things like internships and taking school seriously ( Read more... ) -

I found the man I want to be in fifty years and had coffee with him. He told me that if I want to get where he is, I'm going to have to live in places I don't want to live in, places that are far away and, heck, maybe they're places that I've never even heard of.
