I'd really like to get into a healthier lifestyle. Eat better and exercise more. I made it to the gym this morning. Drank less coffee and drank more water. All good things. Gotta remember to eat a mid morning snack if I work out in the morning. The 11am sugar crash was a bit much. Luckily I spotted it before it hit too badly.
