Well, I was hoping to lose just a little bit more. Actually went up a pound. But after a few moments of 'grrr' I got over it.

* I've been working out in the last 2 weeks more than in quite a while. Thanks in part to my trainer, Stilwatrs. Thanks!

Dude, its February, you haven't come up with any new drinks in weeks, and you totally stopped posting about Weight Watchers. You should pick another drink so that we can get tipsy and play Guitar Hero. Oh, and we will hit the gym to keep you on track for more weight loss!
