If you take some mashed potatoes out of a tupperware in the fridge and heat it up to eat, and it smells funny, it might actually be pureed cauliflower. You will not like it.

I know I've said it before, but this time I really mean it. By incremental rewards, by taking scary/motivating photos of my fat gut - by whatever it takes, I'm losing some weight and getting back in shape.
