i just had a wonderful night with my mom and dad and their friends jim &don.
we saw happy feet and had chinese and watched best of will ferrell.

then one of my best friends who i have known since in utero (our parents have been friends for years)
called me to tell me she got engaged!!!!!!!!

right now i'm high and watching a grateful dead concert at radio city music hall on public television for a fundraiser.

that pretty much said it all.

im at my parents house. i decorated a bunch for x-mas, and i'll do more tomorrow.
i cant wait to finish decorating the shit out of my house. 
i love this time of year.
LOVE it.

its the one time of year when everyones spirits seemed raised and you get to see and spend time with people that you dont regularly the rest of the year.

right now there are a bunch of clowns that look stupid and creepy and annoying.
what the hell is with clowns anyway?
as far as i know, no one likes them. why are they still around?
