Due to the blizzard, my surgery is being put off.
We tried to get there this morning, but after 13  kilometers (that's 6.83 miles) and 40 minutes of driving in severe wind, blowing snow and at times COMPLETE white out, we turned the big shiney 4x4 around and came home.
Pooey.

I thought I was keeping it together pretty good, trying not to chain smoke, because that's bad before surgery. Yeah, well puff puff and nobody has to die.

When I was 4 years old, my family was going to the lake for the day.
We had a tire inner tube inflated, and my lil cousins and I were jumping up and down on it. It was leaning up against an old wooden chair.

Ok,  I went to the Grey Nuns Hospital pre-admissions clinic today.
It went better than expected. We got there for my 1 o'clock appt 20 mins early, and were back in the car by 3! We (BL and I) were expecting to be there till about 4.
