Such an upsetting day at work.  A woman called into the call center from a pay phone because she had been raped and she wanted to get into the clinic immediatly, but I couldn't do that for her.  The clinic can't really take immediate emergency appointments.  People think its this free, emergency clinic but it mostly for advance family planning and
