Checking in for the Doctor~ bit_impossible

EDIT: So, with the animal change, do they retain a slight hint of their regular selves, ala Harry Potter and the animagus people, or just if you're a cat, you're a cat and no special spectacles marking around the eyes or anything else?

Your inbox isn't going to like me. Another question. Will things like color blindness in animals come into play? Like how--which was it...dogs or cats see the world in shades of blue, that sort of thing.

Argh, and another! >.>; If they try to contact the Captain, will what they say to him come out merely as animal noises? Or would anyone on his side of the Sphere be able to hear their words? *has an idea about what happened to the Captain...*

For simplicity's (and icons') sake, a cat is just a cat, no frills! Which means we can assume that things like color blindness are included. Aside from the ability to talk, the animals are just regular animals.

Aaaand about the talking, it's honest to goodness human vocalizations that can be picked up by the Sphere, so we can also assume that the captain can indeed hear them!
