Joshua has these things called 'keypins' that unlock 'walls' (which are basically barriers in his world). Would those work?

...And on second thought, I'm not entirely sure which levels he would have on him anyway, if any. =/

Sooooooooo let's say the passengers find a way out of their rooms. Will they be able to force their way up to levels fourteen and fifteen to raid the restaurants for something besides their freeze-dried rations or will we find them magically bare?

I don't suppose the usual Ammy SMASH technique would be very useful, would it?

Wait, hold on. Food and water is all well and good but, uh, if I recall correctly, people in economy... don't have in-suite restrooms. People in Kepler and Galileo are fine but, uhhh, yeah. Are there any provisions for poor schlubs stuck in sconomy? And why do I even think about these things, really...

...Hah! I actually forgot about that. Toilets are just one of those things you don't think about in anime and video games. :|a I'll add that to the listings; economy levels will have access to their bathrooms.

Yeah, you forget I play from a stupid shonen series where they have a requirement of a silly toilet joke once a season or something.

Thanks for the clarification! So technically, the economy people are doing a little better, as they can at least access a corridor...

Hey Rem...what's to stop them from putting a chair or something in the doorway to prevent the door from closing once someone gets it open? Or because this is a containment dealie, will the doors just...crush the chair or whatever else is put in its way?

And will their rations reach them no matter where they go? Or will they have to be in their assigned rooms?

I've always thought of them to be a lot like the doors on Star Trek; you'll need something a bit heavier and tougher than a chair to keep them open. A dresser or a couch or some such. I don't mind you being creative. ;D

The Sphere's transport system is what brings the rations in, so wherever the Sphere is, there will the rations be.

So a judicious use of force to open the door would have to be used? Like a stubborn elevator door?

Okay! Just wanted to double check that~

Yep! Not normal human level of effort, but something along the lines of Worf or Data. ...I'll stop using that analogy one of these days.

Glad to be of service~
