well, I'm back on LJ for a new turn in my life. I've moved to San Jose and am living at the dorms at SJSU. I've gotta go to class and I don't know where to start so this is all I'm gonna write.

I was officially sworn into Student Gov ofc today for the dir of finance position. good stuff, bunch of crap to do in the next few weeks but it'll keep me busy and me away from sitting at home alone. It's now 11:30 at night and I'm still up.. I gotta get up at 6 for my big day. I am taking a shower and then picking Rosie up at 7 to go to school. Tomorrow I find out if I am popular, I see if I am more popular than someone that has no experience in student government or a 40 yr old that believes she already has the position. good times.

Well, I ran my first Finance Commitee meeting today. It was informal mostly because I am only interm director of finance right now and I do not want to have too many questions aroused before the possibility of getting appointed into the position full time. Well, I went to Mather to work this morning at 7:30am. I pulled out the plane that needed to go out at 8:00 and went back to the hangar to read my newspaper. I get a call from a customer that wants to leave by 9:00.. ok. Today I removed someone from their position on student government. I presented the removal of the Director of Finance and he was removed with a vote of 9 to 3. I was then after he stormed out I was appointed as the interim Director of Finance.. I will more than likely take the position over next Tuesday. Today was pretty uneventful- went to school to take a pic for an art project that has been turned in but wasn't complete because there were no pics. Couldn't take pics. Got lunch and went to my bowling class (high score 123, better next time). Went to Macy's to buy some pants-- no pants but two belts for ten bucks. Best Buy, nothing. Home. Internet ( Read more... )
