i have a reluctant relationship with the internet, computers, phones, etc., but Nick sent me this article about cognitive surplus that made me feel like at least writing on blogs is better than watching tv

Yay looking for housing in seattle. I live just around the corner from seattle university (5 blocks). Also my friends are moving out of a beautiful 3 bedroom a mile from seattle u. They are showing the house in the next couple of weeks. I believe it's available either in june or july. If that's interesting to you let me know and I'll figure out the best way to get you the info.

There is a riseup list called transforming schools started by my friend Ren (taxishoes) that is a more general listserv for connection and sharing of resources between campus organizers on all trans issues. I don't know that you should send folks there (it's pretty inactive, although it could certainly be started up again), but I'd at least recommend letting Ren know about a new list, if it's gets started, as he can pass people along.
