Well a week or so into March and things seem to be looking up. I'm finally getting my job training to get my stripe and become an official, real officer. It has moved my days off and schedule again...I'ts so random what happens that even my bosses don't know what's going on. Ai's Closing
Last night, saturday Februray 26 2011 was the last time I and hundreds of others were at Arcade Infinity to celebrate and play a few last games at the iconic arcade before it is shut down forever. Along with the trouble Chinatown Fair in NY is in, I think the actual, final death of arcades is coming. Other arcades in soCal have shut down as well ( Read more... ) -
Border's
I dont' like the idea that all these big bookstore chains are dying out, because I love killing hours in them reading and browsing. However when one does go out of business I make sure to stock up! The Borders at Howard HUghes Center is closing, and they have the "everything must go!" signs up. Last time this happened around Westwood, I waited ( Read more... ) -
Feburary still sucks
so I got some more info about my car. According to Mercury Insurance, the 6 is slated to be finished on March 9, which is when my rental agreement will also be canceled. The total cost of repairs is well into the $5000's, but thanks to my insurance deductible I'll only have to pay $500. Whew ( Read more... ) -
Car broke~

There was this wonderful young lady who was in my class for tsa named Sasha and she was a pretty putspoken, humerous, quick-witted chick. beautiful jamaican dark skin, peppy personality...pretty much really cool in like evry way, and she was dope attractive. Welp, I finished my phase 2 training at LAX yesterday. I begin my normal schedule on Sunday. I am now pretty much qualified to do pat downs, watch and operate Xray machines and check out peoples baggage.
