I like her because we live in the same town and go to the same high school (literally, I live in Lawndale and go to Lawndale High) and I looked, sounded, and dressed like her for the majority of middle school and am sort of reverting back to that instinct now.

My favorite episode is when her and Jane vandalized Jane's own art piece at the school art show and they got suspended or something for it, but her Mom stepped in because she's a super lawyer.

daria absolutely rocks. my favorite episode, at this moment, is the one where daria has to write a story featuring those she knows playing a card game...and she winds up writing a piece about the future, where she, quinn, and their parents end up.

anyway, i have been m.i.a. in recent weeks -dealing with a break-up and move and work and school. much to juggle and adjust to..i'm still in the process of finding a sense of my balance.

oh i know! i've searched and searched...waiting for them to release dvd sets. the-n used to run old episodes all the time...but now? i can't find the show anywhere! such a bummer.
