How does one "accidentally" chop something up and cook it?

Also - how does he cook if he doesn't know an avocado from a kiwi?

he "accidently" chopped and cooked it b/c i think he was scared i'd be angry cuz I like avocados a bunch.

he cooks stir fry pretty good, and the kiwi didn't taste bad in it, except for the fuzzy stir-fried kiwi skin.
