Today was gorgeous. I went out for a short run (shorter than usual - about 25 minutes) a little before 7, and the weather was just amazing. It was cool, the humidity was low, and it really made me feel like fall. I go back to school a week from today ( Read more... )

Done and home. We did really well this year, but it doesn't feel like we did as well as last year because we didn't have nearly so many big-ticket items. In terms of getting what we wanted/needed, this year has definitely been my best yet.

And dad and I had fun.

And we're going to sleep until everybody else wakes up.

I...am going to guess this probably hurt a lot. We saw the aftermath of it, but the picture is...wow. I...I really hope that kid is okay.

Also, does anybody read this who doesn't have LJ? I've been friend-locking like it's my job lately, and it'd be a shame for you to miss out. The more personal stuff always gets locked.

Help me pick a topic for my Persuasive Paper. I need to make this day productive, fast, and I haven't come up with any topic that overly excites me. Most of the things I've thought of that I really feel strongly about are value debate issues, not ones that can be argued through data and research. FedEx guy came just a little while after I made that post, and that was good. Today was significantly more productive than yesterday, got lots of math homework done and went to Choir Council meeting. Meeting was...interesting and thought provoking. Enough on that ( Read more... )
