So as many know I've been sick for a couple of weeks with fatigue and fever. Finally after many exams and blood test I have Lyme disease. New meds I be good as new in 2 weeks. Hope all are well.

Tomorrow I meet with the people at the human right center about my boss. I know I need to stand up for myself and for days I haven't thought a lot about it. Now the day before to be honest it is a little nerve racking knowing your filing a complaint against the person that gave you your job and decides how long you keep it. So he said and I quote "I'll slap the taste out of your mouth" Who the hell does he think he is. And when I say I will be waiting for an apology he says "good" sarcastically. If I knew then what I know now I would never had said yes. I'm tired I have done nothing but cry all day good night.

I often tell people don't complain unless you are planning on changing. I feel like a hippocrite in that I can not do this myself. There are things I want to say to many people but am to afraid of the backlash and hurt feelings it would cause. I am scared. I hope all of you are well. Please always know I love you. So after spending four straight hours in the library I feel slightly better about the exam tomorrow. I should do fine its topics I know but memorizing lab values not my idea of fun. Hope all are well

So I had to watch a surgery of this mans prostate being removed. Well... I made it through the first incision then into the facia and adipose tissue. I enter was able to watch when they stretched this guys stomach muscles with the retractor. But when the bladder started to bulge threw the open cavity and the surgeon started sucking all the blood ( Read more... )
