When I feel like that, I go to bed early and cry myself to sleep.

Then, when I wake up, it's a new day and I can try to begin it again.

yea. i went to bed...but couldnt cry myself to sleep...my roomie wouldve known something was wrong. so instead i just went to bed and tried not to think. todays a little better so far at least..so thats a good sign i guess.
