I'm thinking of taking a year off...

I'm hoping that a break will grant me some time to collect myself and figure out where I want to go and what I want to do (more specifically). It wouldn't be this coming year. It'd be after I graduate from FAU.

We'll see.

I went home for Thanksgiving. I love seeing my family, but somehow it never fails to irk me in someway. I'm not sure what or why it is...but I tend to leave with the feeling that something just isn't all that right. Around them I get the feeling that I need to compensate for something. I'm back from a wonderful week in Cali. :) It was great to see my baby. It was nice to wander around on my own, but even better when we ventured out together. I missed walking around holding his hand and sitting together for our meals. Little things, but lots of things that I was very glad to have and share with him again. I'm in Cali :) Finally with D again. I arrived yesterday, and a very wonderful day it was. It was so peaceful looking out the window as the plane flew over to Utah, where I'd connect to another flight to Ontario, CA. Almost serene. It feels unreal, my being here. I went up to Jupiter today (with my DIS supervisor Krystal) to look for housing options close to the McArthur campus. Don and I were granted housing exemptions for the 2007 school year and we expect that our living arrangements will be better, cheaper, and yummier because of our "off-campus" venture.
