I had a surprise this morning when I opened up my natto container, they were black beans! It's like the brown rice of natto. The beans were much larger and firmer, but still quite tasty

Dave the framer is a free spirit. He's always playing pranks on Dale and making the work experience better. The other day he showed me a photo he had mounted of some flowers that look for all the world like they have a face on them. I wonder what they are?

I spent the last two days building shelves and filling them with thousands of sketchbooks. I had to design how they would be organized and meticulously hand label the shelves. I was not alone in this task, but still I feel that I am a librarian of blank books.
I've been working on a gold themed painting and I found the perfect frame for it, only it was chipped and damaged. So I spent the evening filling in the cracks with gold mica flake. Now it looks like there's mineral gold spilling out from the cracks!
