Scuba diver + log with stuff glued to it. S/he just has to rotate it to get the weirder looking bits to emerge. Either that, or they wait for it to rotate naturally. At first I thought it *sort of* looked like several aquatic mammals playing together, but I realize that this is just where my mind goes because I'm used to seeing seals. This is a lake, though, so I don't think that's very likely. I'm sticking with my Log With Stuff Attached Hypothesis.
