Polls: Pez. Cherry flavor Pez. No question about it.

While driving home the other night my friend and I got to discussing Stand By Me. Of course we argued about which of the boys we liked when we first watched it as kids.

Which led to a huge argument, of course. Our taste in boys didn't even match up back then, apparently, heh.

And since we haven't done them in awhile, more mindless, time wasting polls to pass the time. )

Never seen Beaches and I loathe Terms of Endearment, LOL, so I didn't vote on that one. They give chick flicks a bad name! Seriously, why are women supposed to like movies like that? Not all of us do! Yeesh. Like that one with Winona Ryder about quiltmaking or whatever. No thx!

And Chuck, ftw! :) Did you watch tonight? Marshall Flinkman was on!

I loved Beaches when I was little. LOVED IT. Had the soundtrack (on cassette!) and loved it. Heh.

But, I was like, 6. I was very much YAY!MUSIC! at that age, hence being in love with the (very creepy in hindsight) Patrick Swayze. And Jeff Conaway. That's probably a factor here.

I did watch Chuck! *draws hearts around Kevin Weisman* I love Marshall. I have no Chuck iconage yet. Sadness. I must fix that soon.

(And you've never seen Stand By Me? That surprises the shit out of me for some reason! LOL.)

Well, tastes formed at that age get a lifelong free pass. ;)

I've seen most of SBM on TV but never all of it. I prefer my River older! *sighs* Man, it's been more than 10 years. Damn, I wonder what he'd have done if he were still here.

I need a River icon!

I sure hope so, if not, I have lots of questionable issues. Heh.

SBM is probably in my Top 10 favorites. Sincerely as Verno would say. Heh. And it has Kiefer! Oh, young, Kiefer.

Speaking of River, I just saw Running on Empty for the first time this weekend. I was...underwhelmed, honestly. I think I must have had it built up to be more than it was, due to the fact that I knew he'd been nominated for an Oscar for it.

Beaches is one of the few movies I ALWAYS cry in, that and Philadelphia. I hadn't heard the JJ/GA news, interesting I wonder who will fall in love with him, Yang?

When I read your comment about JD's iPod I had to laugh, I'm currently watching season 4 in my 'Watch all the seasons of Scrubs in two weeks so you can watch the new season' marathon and he's such a geek I wish he was real and I knew him.

Anyway his iPod would be such a funky mix of Toto, Colin Hay and Journey...which sadly I have on my iPod as well!

Very interesting poll. :) I never would have expected such split answers on The Beatles and Elvis.
